- Financial Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure sound financial management in line with financial policies
* Ensure tax compliance with laws and regulations in tandem with effective and efficient business management
* Manage sales representatives accounts and customer accounts
* Prepare invoices
* Preparation of cash flow statements and balance sheet
* Performance of Bank Reconciliation
* Prepare budgets and perform financial projections
* Conduct risk assessments
* Report to the CEO

REQUIREMENTS:
* Must possess a degree or relevant qualification in accounting with 3 yrs experience in similar position
* Proficiency in Excel and Access
* Ability to perform bank reconciliation
* Experience on major well known accounting systems
* Strong financial, analytical and modelling skills

- Business Development Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES

* Reporting to the CEO, the appointee will design and implement the business development strategy
* Create, build and maintain strategic partnerships.
* Develop new markets
* Grow the revenue of the business unit and optimization of it's operational expenditure and working capital.
* Perform public relations duties/manage relationships with stakeholders.
* Develop, implement and measure the effectiveness of advertising efforts.
* Undertake competitor research and analysis of market information and business trends
* Manage Supply Chain

REQUIREMENTS
* 3 yrs Business Development experience in a corporate environment, A degree in Marketing or relevant qualification, computer literacy, excellent presentation skills, ability to conceptualise/compile funding proposals/business plans,
* An understanding of classical brand marketing, and a track record of innovative brand marketing strategies in a dynamic, innovative, brand environment.
* A strong intellect, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills and commercials acumen.
* Exposure to services marketing would be desirable

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Sales and promotion of WIKI products to existing customers, distributors, non-account holder as well as any other end user,
* Internal reporting on sales
* Liaise with Marketing and the retail groups with regards to advertising campaigns

REQUIREMENTS
* A relevant degree or diploma with minimum 2 yrs corporate sales.
* Deadline driven, ability to work under pressure, out of the box thinking, articulate and confident, aggressive but flamboyant, meet sales targets,
* Excellent communication skills, good negotiations skill,
* Ability to operate unsupervised,
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills
* Report to NSM,
* Vehicle access, have valid drivers license

REQUIREMENTS
* Degree/Diploma or Equivalent Qualification in Administration with two years relevant experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the specification, design, documentation and roadmap for a group of WIKI applications and web services based on market requirements.
Own the end to end product relationship with suppliers and support commercial and technical negotiations. Ensure that products satisfy market and customer requirements.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience in a web or mobile industry focused on service definition and product management. Understanding of social networks and internet communications.
